Using Charlie

These terms describe Charlie's intended use and its current capability limits.
Purpose and authorized access
Charlie is a personal AI assistant for its authorized user. Connect only accounts and information you are permitted to use, and protect the credentials and devices that provide access. This website does not register accounts or grant access to an assistant instance.
Connected services and actions
Available features depend on configured services, account permissions and service availability. Google authorization permits enabled features and background routines; it does not mean every possible Google feature is implemented.
Charlie uses approval steps for protected actions, including sending email, deleting calendar events, inviting attendees and moving events. Some other actions, such as preparing drafts, creating documents or certain calendar edits, can run without a separate confirmation. Review requests and confirmations carefully.
Accuracy and completion
AI responses, transcripts and spoken answers can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important details, including recipients, dates, amounts and event changes. A conversational acknowledgement is not proof that information was saved, an action completed or future work was scheduled.
Service interruptions can leave an action's outcome uncertain. Check the relevant service before repeating an action that may already have taken effect. Charlie does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free responses or completion of every request.
Data and service providers
Use of Google, AI, voice and messaging integrations involves the configured providers and their applicable terms. The privacy policy explains information processing, local records and deletion limits. Actual operator commitments and provider agreements still require review.
Stopping access
You can revoke Google access through your Google account. Stopping an integration or the assistant does not automatically delete its stored history, backups or information already held by other services. Local access and deletion requests need an established operator process.
